Just in time for the festivity and the birthday of TL Hadji's mom. I was invited and get the chance to experience how Capiznon (specifically Pres Roxas') celebrates their festival. It's not as famed and celebrated as we have in Bacolod but the sense of fun and pride on the faces of the people is quite the same. Simple yet meaningful event showcasing their homegrown talents.
